 Conforming to ISO 9001-2000 standards in all their inspections, DIAC has the principle of helping establishment of facilities that is capable of providing sales and services to satisfaction of European standards and increasing customer satisfaction with services delivered. Responsible of inspecting Citroën Distributors around the world, DIAC determines the rules and carries out inspections to enforce those rules for this purpose at Citroën sales and service garages. Having inspected by representatives from France for this purpose, Citroën Northern Cyprus showroom and Citroën Northern Cyprus service has been awarded Magellan Certificate further to those inspections. Having had been already awarded with Magellan Certificate in Northern Cyprus once, Citroën Service has strengthen it success with this second Magellan Certificate. |
