New Citroën C6 was launched at Geneva Motor Show. Citroën C6, characteristically a modernized and up-to-date extension of Classical Citroëns, has additions of today’s unique design approach and peculiar sharp lines.

While C6’s front look is identified with large radiator grill and thick chrome frames located in the front of the car, headlights that extend towards the fenders further emphasize the personality. While long wheelbase, liquid, aerodynamic profile and generally low structure of the automobile supports C6's look they also imply a larger interior space, endurance and power. C6's side glasses and ceiling design follows an identical pattern and meet C beam and continue towards the baggage. This coupe resembling design is obtained with frameless doors.

Tail design has the most appealing look and is the region that reflects C6's brilliant identity best. Concave design of back glass that is different than traditional designs seamlessly integrates with extraordinary shape of the baggage. Moreover, spoiler located on baggage door arises automatically during fast rides and further emphasizes the importance attached to aerodynamics by Citroën. Stoplights group begins from the back fenders and end immediately over the back bumper. And a elegant chrome lining girdles the vehicle.

Citroën C6's interior design emphasizes space and comfort. These two important features are supported with an ergonomic cockpit, successfully positioned control equipments, quality materials and ergonomic seats.

Citroën's new C6 model deploys a head-up display (virtual information display reflected before the driver), a 208-hp V6 HDI diesel engine, a debut in Citroën models, active suspension with variable amortization rigidity, inadvertent lane departure system  (AFIL -Lane Departure Warning System) that is also utilized in other models of this brand and directional xenon headlights.

C6 has two V6 engines, one diesel and another gasoline type. Newly developed 2.7-liter HDI engine generates 208 horsepower and is equipped with a built-in standard particle filter. 3-liter gasoline type engine generates 215 horsepower. Both engines serve with a 6-level standard automatic transmission.
